Delivery Policy

The purchase of Tobacco by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. By placing an order through our website, you are representing yourself to us as at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order.

Title to the Tobacco you order passes to you as soon as it leaves our doors; it is up to you to know and adhere to the relevant laws in your state.

We do NOT sell Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, E-Liquids, Vaporizers or other Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems.

All sales will appear as ATL CIGAR CO ONLINE on your billing statement.  

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

 

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in The United States. We currently do not accept any orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses outside of The United States.

 

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 business days of the date of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, except bank and public holidays.

Please note that we do not ship on Sundays. 

The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.

 

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the state or territory to which the item is shipped.

 

6. Damaged Items in Transport 

If you receive a damaged box on delivery, please first notify file a claim with the shipping company.  Next, send an email to info@atlcigar.co with pictures of the box, undisturbed, to allow us to follow up on our side.  If you modify the box or its contents prior to documenting the damage, in most cases neither the shipping company nor ATL Cigar Co will be able to process a claim or replacement of the shipment.
